Yeah, Hopkins is coming good... but is he letting it get to his head? You hear about his little beef with none other than the Doctor? Hopper could do well this season, but he's gotta be careful not to step on too many toes. Look at Gibernau now and Biaggi compared to Melandri and Gibernau before the Qatar incident. I don't know about Hopper, but I'd certainly be a friend of Rossi than an enemy. He's doing well, but he's gotta watch himself. It would be horrible for him if he finally starts to get on the podium with the new GSV-R, only to be knocked off by Rossi's brutally effective mind games.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Elias is more of a gamble, it just came to me one day in class. He's Marco Melandri waiting to happen. I figure even though he hasn't shown much in testing thus far, every rider who goes through Gresini's program becomes a stud. Why should Elias be any different? So picking him up at 32 mil should be well rewarded if my faith in him bears fruit.
Couldn't agree more, Ooost...
"Melandri waiting to happen" I like that, that's good.
