Motogp Austin 2016 - Meet up

That podium celebration looks really nice. All riders genuinely enjoying it and no sign of any childish animosity overshadowing it.

Except for all the booing for Lorenzo and Marquez

That was the ....... fans of the Italian queen who refuses to acknowledge they do it, so he isn't asked point blank on camera in public, to make an appeal to them worldwide to cease.
At least his childish stroppy attitude didn't ruin the podium celebrations on this occasion, Argentina was embarrassing to watch...

At least we couldn't hear much booing at the podium area.
That's what my buddy LeviG said. I was wondering about it. I wasn't quite able to detect it watching the feed. LeviG said he detected booing for Lorenzo but not much if at all for Marquez. Sound like Shovel was saying it was clearly audible, which is a shame.

We were on Parc Ferme and didn't hear any booing at all everyone was chilled lovely to see Jorge so happy :)

There was clear audio of it on bt after qualifying during their interviews.

On Saturday, at the end of qual, some fans were booing at mm. But not for JLo.
In any case it was a shame and I was very disturbed with that. We see great sportsmanship like pedrosa / Dovi incident.why can't they just grow the .... up??

I was at parc fermé too and the USA monster girl rep even mentioned it to me as people were booing.
I'm not making this up and I'm not crazy

No, you're not making it up. I heard booing of JL after the race. Interestingly though, it seemed like most fans were cheering for MM despite Rossi designating him for scorn. Clearly Rossi fans are insufferable pricks on all continents.

I also heard booing and chants of "Vale Vale" too, which left no doubt which element of so called fans were doing it. Shameful...

Marquez rode a fantastic race, and the family (one in particular) were over the top to see him win in such dramatic fashion. A shame we didn't get to see more of the races but they'll be better prepared next time. The differences in speed between Marquez and Lorenzo, and the rest of the field was insane. Standing close to the fence and doing continuous pictures on the phone both Marquez and Jorge were just blips as they shot through the frame. Everybody else glided through.

Can't wait for next year.
