Pedders looked totally knackered after that race......... JLO could almost call that a win. Spies was fairly disappointing.
What happened to Pedrosa? He was fighting withCasey till lap 12... and then suddenly started loosing around 1 sec/lap

I wondered if thats why Stoner ran in P2 for a while? It would give him the advantage at the end when he may have needed it.

Strong race from Lorenzo. Puts all that talk of the Honda being a second a lap faster into perspective. Disappointed with Pedrosa though.
Strong race from Simoncelli, pushed Dovi all the way.
Nice debut from Crutchlow.
Good to see Rossi and Hayden push hard to get in the top nine.

Stoner gets a handshake from Vale.
Lorenzo gets... nuttin' from Vale.
Stoner was magnificent.
Lorenzo displayed majestic racecraft.
Twas good to see Rossi making the most of it. His start was seriously ballsy!
Glad to see Dovi not cowed by Furballecelli.
Pieman - a poor start - but he kept his head down and did his thing.
Hated to see De Puniet go down. Glad he's okay.
Pedro is sulking as usual but will feel better once Puig gives him a nice massage.
Don't nobody dare say this was a boring race.

Hopefully this year will give us a lot of nice races and battles. It looks like Stoner has the championship at his mercy. His only real rival is Pedrosa and Lorenzo at this moment, and i expect him to beat them anyway.

i was thinking for a bit that stoner was letting pedrosa lead the way for awhile so they can build a lead on lorenzo..maybe he didn't want a battle (although it never really happened,he just went past and went away) since it would give lorenzo a chance to catch up.

i think it comes down to testing the bikes run at full power and the honda is a beast when run in non race mode, when it comes the race the bikes have to calculate fuel consumption something which is an issue for the hondas compaired to say the yamaha which seems to be more consistant with fuel.
stoner was wise today to save his fuel for the 2nd half
Pedders lost feeling in his arm he said in post race interview. Must be from the crash last year, hope it doesn't persist through the rest of the season.
Spies made an absolute mess of his race, really dissapointed with that.
