The irony is my lack of respect for Sitcomcelli is based on my hopes that GP be a safer place where this doesnt happen in the future. The more they continue to let out of control ego driven moto 2 riders into the series the more dangerous it will become. Its now become passport over pedigree.

I dont give my opinions on Sic to try to be reactive. He was an ....... that cared not for the safety of others. Look no further than the quotes from his Dad about when other riders called him dangerous. He didnt give a .... and said they didnt belong if they didnt like his riding style.

The 2010 champions Dad said just as much but I guess he was just being a .... huh? I think he's seen enough racing to determine a liability when he sees one.

Just because Sic is dead doesnt mean I have to temper my opinion of him. Injury maiming or death are likely outcomes of irresponsible behavior, I' m not going to stand by and marvel at someone because he's funny off the track. The consequences are too high

You guys can continue to live in that world where personality usurps sensibility but I'll continue to use common sense and speak my mind

You clearly don't understand the riding with your heart not your head thing...many people don't understand this including the riders but Valentino did...did you not hear what he said in Moto GP this week? something along the lines of "Marco rode with his heart not his head...this is where I have a problem with other riders because I do the same and understand" was basically what he said and implied. Besides, the guy's dead at the end of the day...you did not know him personally but jeez, he deserves some respect.

My buddies GF started callin' Marco "Simonspilli" early in the season. She rides her own sport bike but not an expert... I think that she reflects the general opinion on Marco - prior to his passing...

You guys are crazy! Ciao Marco... thank you for all you have done for the sport. It was good to see you ride like the days of old. You gave the sport new life and showed the Italian people its not just Rossi but all the Italian riders are still some of the best in the world. You are a legend in your own right... thank you for all the good memories and I appologize for the negativity of some people who do not understand the sport or the pure essence of riding from the SOUL!
