Massa

Norbert Haug stated that Kimi is still undecided, and is still weighing his options. Also, it's a 50-50 chance for either Ferrari or Renault to get Kimi.

Red Bull is contemplating to avail of Massa's services if Ferrari dumps him, in replacement for Christian Klien.

I read somewhere that S/F has already given Kimi something like a $4.4m pre-sign bonus.

What do the Brazillian football team, Massa and Barros have in common?

NONE OF THEM WIN!

Yeah at least Massa and Barros have a good excuse......Schumi!

Apparantly it all depends on Schumi.. If he retires, Kimi will go to Ferrari, if he stays, Kimi will go to Renault

With Massa driving as well as he is this season, it might be better for Ferrari to keep him instead of paying the money to get Kimi. Either way Kimi goes, it looks like he will be very happy. Finally he will have a car capable of winning a championship!!

Wait a sec...if Kimi goes to Renault, where are Kovalainen/Fisichella going?

Fisi has signed with Renault for next year, Kovalainen... well if Kimi signs for Renault, he stays as a test driver. If Kimi goes elsewhere, he'll no doubt get a race seat.

yeah i heard that too! you reckon he's thinking he's made a mistake then?

Probably. The way I see it, Macca have been a clear step below Renault and Ferrari all of 2006 and in 2005 it was on the level but the Merc wouldn't stop breaking. It's got to be unnerving for Alonso to think about the seasons Macca have had in 2005/06 compared to what he's had with Renault.

I agree, Alonso has a much better shot at the championships if he stays at Renault..come on Merc get yours together!!

If I was the manager of Ferrari I would drop him and take on Jenson...same with Renault and Fisichella.
