Lorenzo came out of the final corner in the last minute of the warm up session wabbling about. He was situated for a high speed high-side. He was holding on as his M1 was bucking him off. Unfortunately, he held on too long. He slammed down on the asphalt with the left side of the bike having his hand caught between the handlebar and the asphalt. He's undergoing x-rays at Clinica Mobile.

Thanks for the update loser69 but you really dont need to start a topic when someone crashes. Try the race or practice thread

Just a toss out there, because if you really follow MotoGP, you will understand this is going to affect the race in less than 4 hrs (not to mention how it can ultimately affect the championship today). We're talking about Lorenzo here, not Karel Abraham. Peace.

That's just great! So as long as Stoner finishes the race he's world champion! On his birthday, no less!

No not just finishes. Needs sixth at least.

+1 should've used the race thread.

Kudos! Seems to me, it's not a tall order for Stoner to finish 6th or better at his home track, on pole, where he has won for the last 4 years and has placed no worse than 3rd all this season (other than when Rossi took him out). Of course, anything can happen.
