Read my post again Katt, I was trying to say it was engine troubles. It sounded like he was saying the engine was seizing and the rear wheel was locking up on corner entry. I'm bummed for the guy but he's shown what he's got. Give him a good bike and he wins that race, he was visibly the most comfortable rider all weekend.

Damn...... I would have loved to see Chris on that podium, he deserves it so much. I really hope he gets the good bike he deserves next year. The Shitzuki is just holding him back.

Yes! Put CV on a fast bike! I wanna see him stomp all over Crashey! Here`s an idea, give LCR another Michelin Honda for '08 so they can share a garage. Cos Hopper`s a good guy, he dosen`t deserve to be embarrased like that. But Stoner.... he he he.... Take that you crash prone... pizza face.... arrogant.... prepubescent..... ugly..... stupid....
Oooh, I just can`t let it all out. Hats off to CV. He`s restored my faith in the Aussies in GP racing.

It was a pleasant surprise to see Vermeulen qualifying well, but I'm afraid Loris didn't do too well & that cost him in the long run...

Richo, I don't get what you've got against Casey Stoner. Do you hate Randy De Puniet too? He's fallen on more than one occasion. Do you hate Toni Elias? Same there. He's a rookie, give him a break, seriously.

If I may step in here, Richo. IR, Richo's dislike for Stoner has nothing to do with racing ability. Richo has said a couple of times that it's Stoner's arrogant attitude that turns him off.

Richo, screw giving Hopkins a Michelin Honda, he wouldn't want it anyways. Because he would rather take pride in developing a mid pack bike on average tires than running up front on a bike someone else developed on good tires. I'm at my wits end with Hopper.

Oost is spot on, his racing ability has nothing to do with it. I wouldnt hate a rider because of that. I`d laugh at them and make jokes about them (ie. Cardoso) but that`s not why I don`t like Stoner. If you came down under and saw it from our eyes you`d know exactly why I don`t like him. A lot of people down here know that Stoner is an Arrogant knob, but they still cheer him on cos he`s an Aussie (Katt`s a good example of that) Well, I can`t bring myself to do that. He get`s way too much air time and uses it to talk himself up and ocassionally put crap on other riders, meanwhile CV, who is a really good guy, which some people might find out if they could get over the mole jokes, is practically ignored. Then theres the caseyboppers. I think Katt pointed out an Aussie based general motorsport forum a while back. I`ve never read more biased, uninformed crap to be honest. I`m not going to go into detail because I could go on about it all day. Bottom line is, I just don`t like Stoner. That said, I can recognise his talent. He`s very good at riding a motorcycle, a very hot Rookie, but that dosen`t mean I have to like him.

And for the record, about DePuniet, I still think he`s got OJ`s bike, and he`s literally wasting it, so I`m not too fond of him either.
