If you could take a MotoGP motorcycle for a ride, where would you go?

If you could take a Moto GP bike out for a few spins, where in the world would you most want to do that and please say why. It can't be on any professional Moto GP racing track.

Ducati GP07 Screamer

I would say Cadwell park but it would probably be too small for it, so I'll say the old Nurburgring.

Wayne Gardner's 1989 NSR500.
Three Sisters.

It's obvious why.

I've driven 3 sisters in kart Dr, and it seems a bit short to stretch the legs of a 500?

The never raced MV Agusta six cylinder 500cc prototype.
Brinkworth, Chippenham at 5.00a.m.

It's obvious why.

;)

Barry Sheene's Black Akai TZ 500, just because it looks so good. Lochearnhead to Kinlochleven, over Rannoch Moor and through Glencoe. Possibly ending up in the Southern General in Glasgow to get put back in one piece. Don't mean the bike.

Tony Elias's 2011 LCR Honda that he let Ben Bostrom ride for him at Laguna Seca. I would take it to Laguna and do nine laps which is one more than Bostrom did just to show the world that any bloke off the street has more ambition then that lackadaisical sloth

2015 RCV equipped with a deployable parachute.

Pomona Fairgrounds quarter mile drag strip.

I wouldn't dare take it on any road course, that .... can't turn or brake, but I hear the engine is dynamite.

Actually, a mate of mine took him up on that...

I'm tempted to say Casey's 09 or 10 Desmosedici just to see what that carbon fiber chassis was like... or the 07 so I could tell everyone that the bike didn't ride itself contrary to popular belief.

But maybe King Kenny's 1980 YZR-500 at Laguna to see how ungodly difficult those bikes were in those days.

BJC's 2 stroke 500. He used the lap Schwantz on that baby. Does anyone have his number? We should give him a ring, he has all these bikes in his garage. Why fantasize about it when you can have the real thing

The Autobahn?

How tame.

Takes no skill to go fast in a straight line.

Wouldn't know. Never been there. All the twisty public roads I know
are too tight to open up something with that much power. I have TZ250s at Loudon
a very tight track which is plenty fun. Rode illegal ones on a public road
and it was just plenty hairy. A 500 in the canyons or something of that ilk
would not come under the heading of "Fantasy" just plain ole suicidal.

Down to the shops to buy some eggs on doohans 500 screamer.

Just to show you lot they arent the beasts you are claiming.

And yes i would be balancing the eggs on my right foot cos he had no foot brake.

Yes, and then when you high-sided into a tree because you thought you had better throttle control than Mick, I'm sure some enterprising members here would fly out to laugh at you.
