It looked really painful on TV. I'm sorry for the guy, he was having a good season (for his standards) but it's a pitty injuries have spoilt it.

Hope for a speedy recovery.

Is it me, or does Chav look exactly like Hoffers in his leathers! I was watching him talking to the pit team - he just looked a spit of hoffmeister!

looked very painfull indeed, thanfully i doubt he will miss any other races than lagna with the summer break upon us.

Hoff claims that he has a long road to recovery. The quote I read is that he said the remainder of his season and his career is in Jeopardy. I'm pretty sure I found that at Soup somewhere.

hopefully he will be back before the season is over
want him to get a bike for 2008!
but if this injury takes longer, then he will have a real problem to get a bike for 2008

Poor Hoffer. Do you think Casey's sold his soul to have all the good luck of the Ducati riders poured onto him leaving the others with nothing? Between them in the space of two weeks the other riders have got three broken hands and a broken down bike. And how unlucky do you have to be to have a 'friend' slam your hand in the car booth then have guintoli shred your good one two weeks later?? There were bits of that hand hanging out loose. I saw a close up of him as the medics got to him. He was howling with pain.

I just hope he makes a full recovery.

I saw the same thing,said his hand looked like it had been shot and could threaten his career

5 weeks means he will miss Brno. hope to see him back as soon as possible!

I think we will see him in wsb next year as he hasnt really done anything in motogp.
