Hey guys I've been lurking here for a while and decided it was time for my first post. Sorry if someone's posted it before and I missed it.

Nicky says he's "where he wants to be," but I'm not really sure if I can believe that. I've always been a Honda man myself, but I would have much rather seen Nicky ditch HRC for Ducati. Hindsight is 20/20 I suppose.

Welcome Kyle, have fun!

Oh come on Hayden “You dance with the girl you brought. You don’t change up once you get to the dance”… so you might as well apply it to life, but where would all these divorces come from? Does he really mean that?

Or if a mechanic gets crappy you just stick with him forever?

Loyalty could be what he meant, which is good, but for the ‘dance’ he can’t deny being a farmer!

Dude,do yourself a favor, dont try to interperete the southern mind.He knows what he is trying to say and he believes what he says.Southern people in general have a different code of ethics than most any other group of people on the planet.

Hayden makes perfect sense to me - snippets of it are on eurosports wap site.

I'm a southerner, though not in the way you mean it, but from a different, much smaller, island.

I think its important for team spirit and for Haydens hopes this year to believe he is in the right place. It would be terrible if he spent all year saying "oh i wish i was on that bike" or "I shouulda left when i had the chance". Nicky needs to let Honda and his team know he is loyal and committed to making it work. That may change at the end of the season but for now it is a valuable attitude.

I just wish the loyalty went both ways.

Well i still believe it does. I read an article on Autosport yesterday where Honda bosses have said they must concentrate particularly hard on getting their works team to perform well before looking after others. The one i feel sorry for in Melandri.
