All i want for this weekend is that it comes down to winner take all in the last race.I want to see both guys have to race to the outer limits of their selves and their bikes. It would be a shame for this season to be determined by a bonehead move or a mechanical. If i were Spies,i would sneak over into Haga's paddock and tape a picture of Nicky Hayden on his tail section.Someone would ineviatably
torpedo his ... in the first turn

lol didnt you just said you dont want this season to be determind by a bonehead move??
like guintoli is going to get close to those 2 anyway
Great to see more top riders moving in, and the sooner the better. So long as Batta can secure some proper funding, Alstare Suzuki should be a top team for 2010.

With the way things have been going for Nicky, that may be one of the best moves ever,on or off the track. A stroke of genious
No, i really hope the other riders repect what is happening and let it play out. Im not saying pull over and let them go,if you are faster,so be it,but no bonzai stuff passes.
It's going to be great to see how Toesland goes on the R1, how he stacks up with Sykes and Spies. Guintoli at the final BSB round was looking close to the form he had at the beginning of the year, so it will be interesting to see how he goes on the Alstare Zook. It's too bad Vermi wasn't allowed to run the Kawa-career-killer at Portimao.
Haga and Spies need worry about only two guys: Rea and Fabrizio. Both have the desire to win at all costs, and both have the ability to muck things up. Fabrizio should be on team orders, there is no way we should see him in front of Haga. That said he will try his best to make things hard for Ben given the chance. As before Rea seems to be the unknown one, he could go for the glory and be a thorn in the side of either Haga or Spies.
The build up to this one is too much, I can't wait for the weekend already.

Man, that would be great.

Then we will have to hear all over again about how he (Toes) deserves to be in GP.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (povol @ Oct 19 2009, 09:40 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Im assuming Spies wont be at that test since the season is over. How will you tell if Toseland is faster.
Toseland's Monday/Tuesday times versus Spies's times over the weekend. Last year, Spies rode Haga and Corser's '08 machines to get acclimated to the circuit before jumping on the cross-plane R1. I'd imagine for at least a small amount of time, Toseland will be riding a bike with equal development to what Spies just got off. Just a guess, though.

Worth the wait. No? It's been an exciting season. Unlike MGP where it's a foregone
conclusion and folks are largely going through the motions.
