Great thread BUT I have never seen somebody gestapo a thread like this. Chill out dude.
That pic of Lawson is circa 1980, when then AMA series went to a few road-ovals, process of elimination. I don't know how much AMA roadracing history you have read, but there are names from this and decade before of names people have never heard of, yet I would say are perhaps one of the greatest of all time motorcycle racers. Your second pic of Dave Aldana, probably nobody has ever heard of except a few, that dude was a very successful dirt tracker, anyway, my memory is of reading he was successful in the then "Trans-Altantic Matches" (I think... ...., now I'm second guessing). in 80, there was this big ... controversial situation regarding who was the winner for the title between a dude named Wes Cooley and Eddie Lawson. After a bunch of protests and ...., something like a few months later, Cooley was declared the winner. I think it was more a thing between Kwaker and Suzuki bragging rights. I suppose this pissed off Lawson (if you've ever met him, you'd know he has no tolerance for ........) and resulted in him wining the next two years. Later he went on to the world stage riding for Roberts (I think, I know it was a Yamaha). And as they say, the rest is history. Lawson is one name certainly deserving of the moniker the GOAT. Another couple of guys I'd say were deserving of GOAT status were Jay Springsteen and Mike Baldwin. The thing they never made it to the world stage, and so nobody has ever heard of them outside avid readers of AMA history (or old ..... who were lucky enough to go and see them). He did a variety of a bunch of .... on two-wheels, where as today all the riders are so specialized.

Let's remember the rules here. (I know rules suck)
1. Any track that has had a MOTOGP or 500CC Grand Prix race. (since 500cc gp's go back more than 50 years plenty to choose from)
2. Do not post a picture unless you answer correctly.
3. Wait for verification from poster of picture to determine if you are correct.

I guess technically we are just focusing on the circuit that has had one of the afore mentioned morotrcyle racing events so a photo, any photo of that cirucit will do.
And I believe that is the Buddh International Cirucit in India, which is yet to have it's inagural WSBK race, so there has been no moto events there yet.
