Especially Marquez. Which is why he has stated he aims to not crash so much this yr.

Proper internet etiquette? Thats a new one. The mother ...... PC police huh? Well my post was pointing out something lacking from his pics so even by your high standards the pics should remain. Troll turns mod in less than a day.

You took my post too serious, but yeah... I'm giving you an infraction for your picture quoting violation.

Of course he aims not to crash so much, he never purposely set out to crash a lot. If he doesn't have the pace to put a gap between himself and the other contenders, he WILL push over the limit and risk crashing. Some of them he'll save and others he wont.

I am disappointed my dude. I was expert your post would be the only place to find umbrella girls in motogp anymore, unless I stop by motokitty's house that is. Bring back bitc........bring back the ladies!!!

LOL! Um... I was trying to avoid being added to the #metoo?

Actually I usually post the grid girls simply because they're out there in the heat and the rain with the riders and the techs and then everybody forgets about them. You see the crews and the riders and the riders wives/girlfriends, but the grid girls just quietly fade into the background once the flags come out.

So to honor their contribution to the sport:

She was worth it.

Yea that what I was thinking to... same reason.

That can be said of virtually any rider on the grid. If you look at most of Marquez' crashes last year they were low side front end washouts. This was because he was overcompensating for lack of acceleration by pushing the RCV's main strength over the limit.

Looking at pre season testing, Honda have sorted the bike more that he won't have to push the front that hard now, therefore not be crashing as much.

Preseason testing doesn't mean much.

Actually in this case it does. It simply doesn't suit your narrative.

Marquez crashed more times in one day of the Qatar test in preseason 2017 than he did in the entire preseason build up for 2018.

I don't see Marquez changing to a smooth Lorenzo style anymore than I could see Lorenzo riding like Marquez. It just won't happen.

I think he's more adaptable than Lorenzo.

So, you might be right, but I'd certainly like to see him try.

I don't know who's wishing Marc to get hurt, but luck runs out. Every rider on the grid knows that.

Look at how lucky Rossi was in going so many years without serious injury. Oh no wait... Rossi is the Goat and never benefited from luck. :D

Honestly though, in pretty much all Marquez crashes I can remember off the top of my head, the reason he never gets hurt is because he is smart enough to only low side when he crashes. I can't remember a single time he high-sided in recent memory, besides Assen 2013, and thats how most riders get hurt almost every time it seems.

All though I will admit, not dying at Mugello that one time is pure luck and he is lucky to not have ended his career right there.

Friggin Marquez with his riding on the limit. I swear in 20 years when I'm asked what it was like to watch when he was racing all I'll remember was hoping he didn't crash.

Maybe I'll remember that time in Austin, qualifying, when he did that run back to get his second bike.

He highsided a few times last year alone.

If this is correct, out of 27 times he highsided only twice(0:45 and 2:18),and neither of them were bad at all with one being really low speed. All the other 25 were low sides, so I’ll stick with my statement for now that he seems to have mastered crashing in the least risky way. Hence the lack of serious injuries

Go watch him in the 125’s , he can ride any way the bike demands. That’s what sets him apart from the rest of the riders , doesn’t ..... when things are going bad, just figures out a way to go fast on what he has.

Hello everybody.
My bet is that Honda-Ducati will fight for win, with Yamaha an almost distant third (almost because track really suits them) and Suzuki right behind them.
I think both ducati drivers will be on podium with marquez as well.
