Good news for British fans out there, Bradley Smith has signed on with Polaris World Aprilia for 2008, he will be the only rider in the team and have an official Aprilia at his disposal, watch out for young Brad!

Also, 14 year old Scott Redding (from the Red Bull Academy) has signed a three year deal to ride with Blusens Aprilia next year, starting for two years in the 125s with an option to move to 250s in the third..

Happy days for u brits then

Isn't it just? Awesome news to hear. Also Danny Webb is staying with his team next season as well. He is signing his contract at Valencia.

Thats a very good team

we'll see if he can cut it regularly at the front.

as for the other guy too earley to say, we don't really produce much talent in 125 or 250.

The ironically named Polaris has gotta keep running first.

I must have a weird sense of humour but I do see an irony in Polaris World signing Bradley Smith!

Polaris World ... it stands for sun, spain and golf ... seems to go with the image of Mattai Pasini ... but Bradley Smith ... a fair skinned freckled 15 year old?! I can just see him doing the tv ads!
<

But good luck to him ... I think he might go very well!

They trying to get him a factory Aprilla too... i wonder if this Webb kid is good its hard to tell yet.

He is racing in the 125 class this season you know. Danny Webb was awesome back in Japan when he got his first ever set of points. People may have forgotten that now but I certainly haven't.

Doesn't change the fact...that he's a scary evil soulless GINGER style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/.....gif

It has been genetically proven that they are all vikings, you know (gingers I mean).

Pasini's team... a good chance for young and promising Bradley!
<

Yeah defently a really good chance for Bradley to do well especially in a team like that. Go Bradley.

So I guess that means the Aspar bike for next year fell through. Still, its a good bike, could go two ways though. Either if he's good he'll regularly be at the front like Pasini, or if he's not so good or can't get used to the bike, he'll be riding mid-pack like Joan Olive is this year. My money's kinda on the second one, without wishing to be a pessimist.

lets hope he doesn't get Pasini's old bike, that thing had more problems than a rubix cube
