donny tickets

Has anyone else had this problem

i bought and paid for full weekend pass and camping

the other day the camping tickets arrived but no weekend pass

no note attached saying track tickets will follow only reciept slip showing total amount

tried customer service number and spent 1 hour with no joy in getting through

does anyone know if it is normal that they send the tickets seperate or are my track tickets missing

realy looking forward to going so this has realy wound me up

I'm 99.9% positive that my tickets have always arrived with camping included.

I've yet to order my tickets for donny - must get my ... in gear and get it sorted.

BTW - the campsite is .....

I received just my camping tickets too, I think it said the weekend tickets are released 10 days before the event so it might be worthwhile waiting a bit longer. Believe me if I don't get my tickets I'll have wasted £200 on plane tickets to get there as well.

managed to email donny and they said there was a cockup and the tickets will be sent soon

im not doin the campin bit , only coz of last years events lol rain rain rain,but ive got my entry tickets and ive had them here at home for about 2 weeks now so if you not got them by the middle of next week then id get on to the people you ordered the tickets from and find out wots going on

by the way i hope the weather picks up for all you campers out there coz as i look out of the window at the moment it looks like the middle of october not june.

take spare clothes to change into just in case the heavens do decide to join us but im praying they dont as it totally ruined last years gp
