I want to see the proposed track map. Exactly what are the planning to change? Well at least you guys get to see the full show now!
 
I will be there! Judging by what some have said here, MCN seems a bit sketchy. I will pray for all 3 classes to be there.

Well, seeing as your a big market for bikes I don't see the manufacturers complaining...but the riders will be interesting, unsafe indeed.
 
They won't be using the oval, so it should be pretty safe. Could you really see them even signing a deal if it hadn't been approved first?
 
Even if they are using the infield, there are still some pretty dangerous places there for bikes.
 
They will use the F1 circuit in reverse with a chicane in the fast corner of the oval, so it should be safe.
 
again, as I've stated before on this topic, I'm not happy Indy is getting this race. Yes they have the facilities and infrastructure to support the race, but the track layout will be crap.
Glad to see that the whole show will be coming over in 2008.

The facilities may be better but the track will be mediocre at best, the infrastructure is great for cars but unknown for bikes and the midwest isn't exactly a hotspot for motorcycles as California is.

I'm excited to see whether or not the event is a success but am also disappointed Miller or Road America were not selected.

AWESOM!!!! ALL 3 CLASSES!!! I WILL BE THERE!!!! i know the track blows right now but maybe they'll surprise & fix it up & make a decent track.

i think miller will be a future round.
 
If all 3 classes are there you will at last have a genuine USA gp.

Yeah, in that respect this is excellent news, a proper USGP, and hopefully this will lead to either all three classes at Laguna, or the removal of the event from the calender.

On the other hand the track is likely to be awful and the event potentially unsuccessful, Bernie said the promotion for F1 was terrible.

Yes, lets hope the promotion is better despite the fact that Motogp is a smaller sport.
