I don't mind it anymore if he smiles or not. He is the way he is, he can't change his personality because some fans think he should smile more.

if he smiles or doesn't, he's a great rider with lots of potential

haha doesn't matter, if you had to search the entire forum everytime you wanted to start a new topic, no one would be able to start new topics

don't feel bad, keep on posting/creating topics you want to talk about

Suzi Perry interviewed Hopkins ahead of today's 2007 Jerez race and talked about his "bad boy image" and how he seems to have settled down and he said something along the lines of when he looks back he'll have no regrets and that he had fun compared to Pedrosa who doesn't look like he knows how to have fun.

i think he's fine the way he is, but you all knew that already

at home i imagine he's completely different but i dont see how that should matter. my opinion of him was formed after watching him race but before i saw him offtrack.

the reason i like him so much is because (besides his superb riding) he seems like my kind of person - i like quiet over loud, guarded over open etc. i dont know, he's kind of a mystery that fascinates me

... i realise how weird that must sound:lol:

yes, they seem to get on well as competitive team mates but i think their backgrounds are too different for them to become best buddies. imagine if they did though
