Were I collector with that kind of budget, I guess it would be cool to have it for historical reasons, tho esthetically - I found the Ducatis of that era really unattractive. Much better looking with the old Marlboro livery.

I’ve a photo in moto course of that beast of a bike bunny hopping off the rumble strips out of turn 6 at Valencia, both wheels off the floor, and capirossis head being punted through his screen by the vicious kick up the arse the suspension had just unloaded into his buttocks.
And as for the noise of that thing in the downchanges……. Only the Kawasaki off that period sounded more tortured! Respect!
