I know you guys are going to love the fact that Buell won the first ever Daytona Sportbike title. But in their defense, it was a gift from a quiter. (Just fing with Cardenas, you guys know how much I like him).

I wonder if Eslick is thinking this is a legitimate championship in the back of his mind, or does he have no uncertain doubts that he was handed this title on a silver platter. Cardenas's injury not withstanding.

Yep, terrible news. I was hoping Cardenas would win b/c I'm not sure the AMA can handle a Buell championship; especially since many of the other players in DSB have been putting in work for years.

Clark I Hope you didnt read The last few post
on another note does it even matter that Buell is winning a championship in DMG's joke of a series? there is no respect for that title atleast not from me and almost everyone i know. l am only hoping that some of the boys I like ( bostrom Hacking herrin hayes and the Haydens) can find a ride in world super sport and moto 2.

Buell and the AMA are perfect for each other. Both are completely LAME!! Buell's been getting it wrong for years and now it's the AMA's turn. Buell's teaching them how to suck and stay in business at the same time.

I am with you. I am sure he was happy on the surface but he has to know that the cheater bike he used wasn't really supposed to be there in accordance with what the rules were set up to reflect. That bike even though it is american and I would be normally pumped to see the thing be on the top of the podium, I cannot be happy with how the championship was won.
