BRNO GP Race Discussion

Barbera and Simonceli having a feud again
<

Christ it's hard to get excited about a race like this. The only interesting thing that's going to happen this weekend is Rossi's announcement. Is it 2011 yet?

Good race though not for "some fans" it would seem
<

How can you call any race a "boring race"
<
. a race is a race, I don't know what some of you guys expect. The only boring race is a race thats cancelled
<

its being said a bit around the net n twitter

2010 season to become the most boring yet.

Not by the Lorenzo fans

Pedrosa fans

and even the Stoner fans

Its the Bopper net and twittering thats pretty glum.

And next year is a huuuge unknown too, so its all pretty "iffy" right now for Boppers.

Crap race.....borderline as bad as 2007 now........at least Stoner was more entertaining to watch on the bike back then. IT is looking even more ominous now with Rossi and Stoner changing bikes, seems both of them are already losing support from their manufacturers. Very Poor form from Yamaha and Ducati if this is the case.....Qualifying was the highlight of the weekend

Not much good for this stoner fan, I like to see him at least compete for the win.

Another classy ride by lorenzo, but he is riding so well it is not even spectacular to watch.

I get the feeling yamaha are a little annoyed, whether with valentino or with the ducati ceo for not observing the proprieties I am not sure. It would be a shame for them to be estranged long-term after such a long and fruitful relationship.

I am not sure ducati have any more to give or casey any more to extract from the current bike; I imagine he will not be getting any bits intended to improve things for next year which is probably understandable.

Valentino looked less competitive than the previous 2 races when he was presumably less fit; this looks suspicious unless the crash made his shoulder worse or whatever.

I'm just happy to see him stay upright on it let alone get a podium. I really don't think they did very well at all going Big Bang, I've said it before .... its not just what it did to the power but the thing is a very differently balanced bike.

This was Brno, an old Ducati would have caught anything up the straights and been a handful at the rear in the corners, but all I see now is loose front and mediocre speed.

I agree, a big shame, and even bigger shame for us fans who may not be seeing the best from Rossi or Stoner because of it. Lorenzo's engine situation must be interesting by now, the one he had in today seemed much stronger.......although the lap times were down on last year again and in WSBK territory, very sleepy BS and Engine rule playing their part well.
