I may be on to something (or not) as to how Ben is so bloody good.I`ve been folllowing Ben from the season start and I`ve decided he uses arms and elbows to countersteer in corners or he uses them to push his front end to maximum grip, hence his sorta `gangly` style. What do you think?

But its a style which is kicking your boy Shinya's and Kiyo's ... this season
<

Even Biaggi is kicking Shinya's ..., on the same bike as well

You're a masochist - right? I hear that's big in Japan. You just love
it when people shame you. Has to be the answer. Nobody could
really be as counter-intuitive as you pretend to be. You can't
afford to go to a dungeon like other people and get slapped
around at $60.00 an hour - so you come here and say dumb
.... - so people will abuse you. Pathetic.

No, I didn't just read this. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

What's so wrong about what I said, isn't it my opinion? His riding style is ugly... much like what you see in the mirror every morning Keshav. Who are you to police other people's opinion? I said I didn't like his riding style, I never said anything about how he sucks at racing.

I remember watching Ben in person at Daytona and comparing his style to everyone else's.
It's an absolute thing of beauty to watch. Every other rider seems to crawl back and forth around
the bike and hang off the side like a monkey. Bens body seems like an extension of the bike.
It looks way more natural than the standard technique.

Welcome to the post of the month club, Keshav.

Dude, the girls are going to dig you when second grade starts next month.

I think Spies style looks awful too, but so did Mick Doohans and that worked pretty well. I think there is more to his success than the his size and riding position though, i think his ability comes from his mind more than his body

I dont care if he sits on the damn thing backwards and steers with his feet, winning is all that matters.
Bens style exerts huge amounts of forward weight, i remember watching him at Road Atlanta and every time he went thru the slow esses, you could hear a howling sound out of his bike that no others were making. We kept trying to figure out what the hell it was and after about 5 laps we figured it out.
He punishes a front tire and it was the tire grinding against asphalt howl like our shiity cage tires do when we abuse them in corners. Not one other bike on the grid did it but his. If you got at the right angle, you could see the marks he was leaving with his front tire. Yes, he has a different style, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder and the beholders are lining up for his services.

+1

I like his style, it unique and not some cookie cutter style of 90% of the riders. It looks very aggressive to me, and I like how he attacks the track. But really, who gives a .... whether people like or dislike his style. Most styles are indistinguishable anyway, so this guy looks different, ok. And he’s kicking everybody's ... with it too. 11 wins running.

I've always like Toni Elias' style too. Its unique, and you can see the man really working the machines. Not ... successful though, but fast none the less.

Thers a rough pattern with Elias every season,he just turns it on after or about mid season,I just wish he would ride like that from the beginning. But yes Jumkie, his style is a joy to watch for me.
