Feel a tad guilty about the O.P and the bloke that's trying to sell his ticket here.

To be fair Arrib, was his first post on the site as well
<

Sorry Smo

Because not everyone wants to commit to a full race schedule and cost... Life is about choices and flexibility and for some track days are a perfect fit.

BTW Barry nice intentional mis-quote of Gaz... knob.

I still think you need to think what an Australian "trackday" is ..... I'll help you ....... its closer to a self guided tour of a track tha a race or even any attempt to go fast.

At least in a race ...... everyone is trying to go fast.

Couldn't we give him an advertising spot as part of my "PR" duties ........ oh .... that if you are giving me $1mill to race dear Abi there why don't you just buy the ticket and light a cigar with it during our "deal talk" !!

Sorry Smo

Mate ............. we are buying him top billing ( keeping his post from slipping off the front page!!) here .......... shhhh
<
<
<

Arab ........ Gaz has no head for "PR" ........ don't hire him

<
<
<
<
indeed!

Now carry on or it will go "to the bottom of the charts with a sinker" ........ dwindle off the first page with little or no interest.

Matter of fact I think we can say that "Smojoe" has a place on my leathers ..... like Rossi's "Wudi" ........... a Smojoe sounds like a smoked sausage too doesn't it?

Again ........ for you Mick ...... I did point that out a few posts ago
<

Yes you did back track a few posts after mine and try to wedge in some ..... about practice days... But I am NOT talking about practice days I am talking about track days where almost anyone can sign up and pass other riders... in Canada we even need to use blue flags on track days.

I know Mick ........ see my post on Arab not understanding what a "track day" in Aust is. :rolleyes"

Bit early for a bump though Mick ........ this post still hasn't left top billing ........

see Arab .......
<
.... "PR"

I still think you need to think what an Australian "trackday" is
And you have to realise what a track day is in the rest of the world... not just your NSW poofter version, which even Gaz admits may be different in other parts of AUS.

...and your similar lack of comprehension concerning track days outside of Australia.

No I didn't know that they were so rigid and processional, and I have apologised. However, before launching into a diatribe about the worthlessness of track days as a concept perhaps appreciate the value that they have outside your Island Continent. As usual - everything revolves around your blinkered narrow vision and small world.

...and your similar lack of comprehension concerning track days outside of Australia. Well why did I point it out that there was a "lack of understanding" happening ?

Its all just more skidding it into the corner with you isn't it ?

PS. Good to see you get "advertising" and "PR" a bit better now at least

I'd grab that myself if it wasn't for the traffic getting through Sydney on the way to PI!!

No not just skidding - shutting the throttle and careering wildly into a corner minus the downshift and using body position alone - routinely on public roads.
