True. But I'm not kidding, I really liked this guy. He was a fantastic character. Yeah, he did some illegal drugs, but lots of people supported this guy because he did a good job and didn't hurt anybody. He didn't steal or ruin the city, actually quite a few people were happy with his mayorship. He tried getting help. And ultimately, from what I gathered at least, he forged ahead despite his personal struggles.
