So this is the second round of the back to back racing.

By the looks of it, Bautista is back

Yet, it is Razgatlioglu who is topping the FPs

Toprak smashing it out of the park. Again.

If he able to do a treble again, all he'll need to do for the remainder of the season would be to stay fit.

Iannone hanging on his coattails to grab a front row, Petrucci another good quali, Rea crashing

What a ride by Toprak. Almost two seconds up within, three laps?

Loving the Petrucci vs Iannone fight. Wonder what happened to Bulega's tire?
Can't see what Bautista would want to ride another season for. Same with Rea.

Listen Johnny, we know you read this.
I blew a lot of scarole on blue, as they do on you. Not me, but some people are starting to wonder where your heart is.
Defending you finishing behind Redding...it's undignified. Frankly I'm depressed and ashamed.

Alvaro is enjoying great health... thank God.

But still, one can't help but think if a duc seat became available... all this unpleasentness would go away.
I don't say nothing John, but I'd appreciate your thoughts.

I never noticed what a terrible season Sam Lowes is having.
I watched all the long races and remember him running mostly at the front but he's just 11 points ahead of the guy who subbed for Petrucci at one round.

Toprak has a grip on the championship now. Slowly starting to make it boring even though watching Toprak ride never gets boring.

Sam should hang it up.

When Toprak is leading by 7+ seconds, we really don't get to see him all that much.

Felt bad for Remy today. The Ducati eats the Yamaha down the straight. I feel embarrassed for Yamaha but that does not excuse Rea for his lack of results. What's going on with him?

In regards to the Yamaha is it slower out of the corner resulting in being slower on the straight or does it lack top end power or both?

With the last weekends in mind, I do wonder why Iannone is being discussed as a potential factory rider. If Petrucci isn't given the nod, I hope they go for one of their SSP riders.

I understand the need to get in front of the pack, yet for a rider of Bautista's experience, that first corner overtake was highly ambitious... Poor Petrucci, he was on for yet more points.

Good race by Bulega, vdM and Gardner.

Will next year be the last of the WSBK aliens of the 2020s?

Third consecutive perfect weekend for Toprak and most people thought BMW would be a step back.

Locatelli finally back on the podium for the first time since Phillip Island. After round one I thought he would be a championship contender but Yamaha just wasn't there.

Johnny with a decent P6 finish. Early in the race the ticker showed him dropping from 9th to 14th but the telecast didn't show why. Might have been able to battle for a podium without that.

VdM with a decent race, probably representative of how that bike performs without Toprak on it.

Honda had a good race for their standards today. Lecuona was hit with a three second penalty though, I hope he at least salvaged a top 10.

Way cool to see the Czech President at the winner ceremony. Finally SBK gets some love.

Plenty of drama in the SSP race today, with a couple of strange crashes in turn one, and Montella vs Debise battle almost turning ugly in the last lap. How did that bike stay upright at that speed....

The 300 class also had some very unfortunate incidents.

Thank God Sam Lowes is okay. When the camera showed him lying motionless in the gravel my heart sank and the camera cut away before he moved. I thought a red flag was coming. From the way he hit his head I wonder if he was unconscious going into the gravel. Looked like it. Very strange crash. When they showed the replay, both Sam's feet were already off the pegs and his bike was all out of shape.

A weekend to forget for Bautista. His move on Bulega in the super pole race was ambitious. Who is to blame for the race 2 crash? Petrucci looked to be a bit hot but not too bad. Some good overtakes in Race 2. Vierge on Redding...how did Xavi get it stopped? Loca on vdM in T2. Good ride by Rea and a nice little tussle between him and Iker.

I couldn't believe James Toseland "wondering" if there will be changes in the rules/regulations next year when he was talking about Toprak's dominance...
What are they going to do, force him to ride with one hand tied behind his back? What planet is he on??
His domination is because of his SKILLS, not the machinery, or his size.....

Wouldn't you reckon it's merely meant as words to fill the time he's on air, and start gossip to be "debated" later on?

That’s exactly what he’s doing, but it’s so stupid to even contemplate. This is usually done when a manufacturer has a performance advantage, not the rider.
