Ok so we have 2 usual culprits on the 1st row, plus Maverick, the next 2 rows give me pause for what might happen.
Rossi, Miller and Morbidelli row 2 and Quatararo, Crutchlow and Nakagami row 3.
4 of those riders on row 2 and 3 are fast starters, especially Miller and Morbidelli.
I have a feeling that in the dry or wet that there is a big chance there might be a big crash at turn 1, don't ask why, i just have a feeling.

Mate - why are you starting a whole other thread for something related to the race itself???

Theo is one of our best remaining posters, and I pretty much welcome any post currently. The original race thread has pretty much been derailed into a discussion about aerodynamics anyway.

To be clear - I have no enmity towards Theo. Just pointing out the obvious - something all members relish doing. I value all civil members. It's just that I feel that if something relates to an extant topic it should be posted there. His point is well taken, but in the context of the preceding topic - the two discussions can meld together and potentially birth a whole other branch of discussion.

Besides - I'm a bit anal that way.

Well maybe we should all avoid derailing as well, then it wouldn't get so weird at times hahahahaha

Yeah. It ain't a scratch on powerslides ballsack. Unfortunately for us all. I miss powerslide.

Sadly web sites do change, I used to belong on 3 others, now 1 of them is a pay site and the other 2 went all politics, so I left them.

There were some great personalities here. Unfortunately some of them believed they had some kind of divine right to rule the forum and run off anyone who disagreed with them. Dave "Kropo", Kropotkin of MotoMatters was a regular poster here and the insecure “Big Guns” around here went out of their way to vilify and abuse him in the most horrendous fashion because they couldn’t deal with anybody being more popular than themselves - ....... pathetic. I don't miss that .... at all.

By all accounts it was probably a good thing. Motomatters has gone from strength to strength and Kropo is well established in the paddock these days. Given the choice between posting here or running a successful business in my dream industry I know what I'd choose.

It's a shame he got run out of here the away you have alluded to. Seems like a nice enough bloke which is more than I can say of a few people I have observed around these parts.

Oh do stop whining. A few here were pining for the "Golden Age" of Powerslide and I thought a bit of an objective reality check was in order.

You can call it pining. Whatever, my point really is this place used to be so much more than an online GP community. There was honest and robust discussion about many varied subjects.

Admittedly, on occasion things blew up, but I still found myself able to navigate the boards and participate, even with myself on occasion using harsh words against other posters. I found a middle ground, for me was always possible.

Kropo did not like being asked any hard questions.

Kropo could not control this site, so he left.
He is welcome to return anytime.
Unfortunately, he will always be asked the hard questions here.
