Hi guys,

How is everyone? Im good, this season has been the best for me, drama packed, many race winners, great season, pleased for nicky but also disapointed for vale.

If Camel are not going to renew their sponsorship with yamaha for next season then what colours will we see on the yam next year? Surely Yamaha have enough cash to fund the thing themselves, kawasaki have no major sponsor do they?

If worst came to worst then surely Mr Rossi has enough money to fund the thing for a year. I'd love to see the yamaha in the Nastro Azzuro colours personally, but im curious if any other sponsor is interested?

I didnt realise that Camel were pulling out.........interesting!

As you say, they wont be short of sponosrs banning on the door!

Cheers guys! i didnt know i was appreciated this much.

Nah its been impossible to keep track on whats going on on here, especially with the busy season thats been going on.

Ive just got the feeling that the supersticious Mr Rossi wont want to run with Camel colours even if they do stay with yamaha, as he will prob think it brings him bad luck!

Camels contract was for one year only, and im not sure if it will be renued.

I'd love to see the Gauloises sponsorship back, it looked MUCH better, and it gave Mr Rossi a lot more luck (that'll be a big factor to him).

Mind you, if it IS factory sponsored..we might see a return to the old King Kenny Speed Block colours, or the Valencia special paintjob.

I doubt it, neither Colin nor Vale are spanish....what would it benefit them to sponsor non spaniards? Look at Fortuna, they have Elias because he's Spanish...Carlos Checa is there because he's spanish...etc

If it is factory sponsored then King kenny's paintjob is a big possibility, as I THINK they were factory colours.

well hello ron good to see u back! i would love to see nastro azzuro as sponsors of yamaha. i always loved that nsr in those colors. was hopin when they split from gualoises that it was NA that was stepin in. i doubt very seriously that the yamaha factory team will go unsponsored. no way. as ben said the sponsors will be beating down the doors.

We should start a fund and pitch in a few million and make it
MotoGPForum Yamaha team.
And Ben could be the team boss and the admins and members could be part of the pit crew. We'd all get special team shirts.

sounds like a damn good idea! all we need to do is flush out the secret millionaires amongst us and we're sorted!!

i was disepointed when rossi yealded to tabaco sponsors but i suppose they have big money and when you have championships to think about you can only take a princable so far.
nastro would be great.
