I know there are some people who aren't able to watch the livefeeds on the site even though they're not in any of the listed countries. I bought a new computer with Vista 2 weeks back, exactly 2 days before the race started and despite being in Japan, I had been getting the message that the event is not permitted. Having had time to look through the problems, I believe it's because of the security settings in IE7/8.
Go to Tools -> Options -> Security.
Click on Trusted Sites -> Sites and add the below sites in.
http://live.la7.it
http://www.la7.it
http://www.alice.it
http://www.worldsbk.com
I haven't been able to actually test if the race will load since there hasn't been one yet but the "permission denied" screen has been swapped with a "live stream on sundays" screen so it should work now. Also, once these settings are done, it'll also work for those using the IETab inside firefox, which is what I usually do, and also for those watching directly through media player.
