Dude, that's ....... awesome. How did you do that? You have the clip on your computer I'm assuming, then what? I see you are using dropbox, but tell me more. That is cool. There have been so many clips I've wanted to post on the forum to debate.
And yeah, he needs to be taken behind the wood shed and tuned up a bit.
The race file came from the Big Fish site.
As you probably know, Dropbox is free, and they give you a pretty big chunk of storage.
There's a neat little app called 'Handbrake' that can re-encode all or part of most any video you can grab. It's free and open source, so should be free of crapware, viruses, and other nasties.
See:

Near the top of the 2nd screenshot, you can see 'Source' with 'title, chapters, and other options. Pull down the 'chapters' box and select 'seconds,' then enter the start and finish time of the section you want to copy. Set the destination file name/directory, quality level, and a few more options, and '>START!'
I just installed it today, and barely know what I'm doing - thankfully, it's not overly complicated. The 'balloon help' tips are actually fairly useful, and were enough to get me going w/o having to slog through some 50 page pdf. That video was somewhere around 640x400, and my 'mighty' 2GHz laptop was able to crunch it at ~30 FPS, slightly faster than real time.
Clipping a few seconds of video is a hell of a lot easier than assembling a series of screen grabs, and the 'evidence' is likely to be more persuasive.
