Fox Sports brings you the World Superbikes Championship as you've never seen it before, with LIVE coverage of each round from the green light to beyond the chequered flag
The challenging circuit at Phillip Island in Victoria hosts the first event of the season, and viewers and Fox Sports will broadcast live coverage of the qualifying round as well as the race itself.
Fox Sports' extensive coverage of the championship will include entertaining and informative human-interest features on the riders and the teams, taking the men out of their helmets and leathers to show their "other side".
Four Australians will compete in the 26-strong World Superbikes field, including Chris Vermeulen who will spearhead Kawasaki’s campaign in his return race after five seasons in MotoGP, as well as dual world champion Troy Corser and Andrew Pitt on BMWs and Broc Parkes on a Honda.
Two-time World Superbike champion James Toseland also returns to the competition after a stint in MotoGP, while 2009 World Superbikes champion, Leon Camier is determined to emulate his success of last season after gaining the second seat at Aprilla alongside Italian veteran Max Biaggi.
Jessica Yates will host the Fox Sports coverage of the 2010 World Superbikes Championship, with expert commentary from former world 500cc champion Wayne Gardner and former MotoGP winner Kevin Magee, who also won the Australian leg of the World Superbikes Championship in 1991 and 1992.
Leading motor sports commentator and presenter Jonathan Green will also provide expert trackside analysis.
sounds good for once
