Is it just me or has GP taken a back seat to WSBK. I know GP runs this weekend and i will most definately be sitting in front of the TV, but my anticipation meter is way higher this weekend for WSBK than GP.

The bikes are the right size (ala not designed for midgets), the racing is fantastic, tons of bikes etc etc etc so on so forth....

To compare that cocksplash with Rossi's domination just seems wrong.
You can proberbly tell Im not a fan of F1.
I dont care how good people think spies is. He aint gonna crush Rossi.

dude, chill out. I ain't a f1 fan yet. But it does get quiet boring when one person keeps taking the title every year. I don't care if Spies or anyone else takes rossi down. I would just like to see someone different next year if not this year.I love rossi's riding, but i got sympathy for the runners up I had my hopes for lorenzo, but i feel like rossi just ..... slaps him and owns him whenever he feels like it. lorenzo wants to be first in a race and stay first. rossi can follow and has it in him to take the lead seconds before the finish line ( as we had seen earlier). if and only if the rest of the season has wet tracks, rossi has a chance not coming first. otherwise i don't see him coming anything less. stoner has been physically down which i pray for that to change. on a good day he can beat rossi. pedrosa has a shot,(just individual races not over all) when he decides to stop falling off.

I just realised i went off topic. sorry

THANK YOU! I was afraid to say it in fear of getting bullied. I only became a superbike championships this year, but i always thought motogp was the f1 of superbikes. When i began watching i couldn't give it a break with wsbk. With motogp i wasn't that excited.

MTOGP has been pleasently surprising this year. That being said I like WSBK more. Both series are shaping up for a very good ending so we are in for a pretty good treat this year.

I always check the Superbike news first. Did the same last year too

Not me. He's a tough old bugger. In a perfect world he and Spies would tie for the win
only Haga would retire and Spies would go to Moto GP.

Two Kawasakis in top 10? Who put green fairings on a Ducati?

One of the main reasons I prefer superbike racing is that fact that normal sized guys can ride them and win. In GP guys like Toseland and Hayden are on supermodel diets, eating rice cakes for dinner, to cut weight in order to compete against the smaller guys.

That said I will admit GP has been much better this year, it's nice to finally have a competitive race environment where its not one guy breaking away and everyone else spaced out from there.

GP is running this weekend? Seriously, I forgot b/c I was so anxious to see what would happen this weekend.

Spies is not really in touch with Biaggi. He needs to find some time tomorrow.

Nice to see a new bike upfront. I hope Biaggi is ready to ride on Sunday.

Ready to ride - yes. Win - no. He looked good at the last race until
Spies stopped toying with him.

Do u guys see the irony with spies and haga earlier in the season 9. american great in straight lines, japanese great in corners.

Should be a good race. Haga appears to be in trouble. Even when he is healthy, he admits that at his age, the second race is usually a killer. Drugs are a wonderful thing though.Unless something drastic happens to Spies, i say he leaves with a 25 point lead

Ben is a machine.

For the first time all season, I'm actually hoping it isn't a close race at the front. I know he's thinking about the championship, but I'm sure he's thinking about the consecutive win streak and the record for most wins in a season. Ben is definitely not the type of guy to steer clear of trouble and take the points so I hope there isn't any trouble at the front (Fabrizio).

Nice to see the BMW's upfront as well.

Disappointed in Honda this weekend. Stiggy look awful, and if it weren't for Rea's exceptional form, Honda wouldn't have made it into final round of Superpole. Somebody at Honda needs to figure out why that bike is going backwards. Same goes for Suzuki.

Suzuki's problems are pretty obvious, there best rider should have just thrown himself off a 100 foot cliff at the beginning of the season. Poor ....... might have been healed up by now.I dont think the Suzuki is that bad, Max could run at the front when he wasnt learning to fly.

Wow . . . missed that. 6th and 7th and this, their first season with this engine.
Some good development going on. Really impressive. Good to see them in
Superbike - but better in Moto GP's thinning herd. Mayhaps in 2012. If Moto GP
doesn't implode altogether.

i fully agree. these days i am watching motoGP not for the racing, but for the off-track drama between riders. motoGP has become my soap opera.

if i want close races, i watch SBK
