Who will be the next non-spaniard to win a championship?

Current era will be probably remembered as the Spanish golden age of motogp, but anyone knows these things go in cycles, just like the Americans in the 80s-early 90s. I am curious to know which non-spaniard can take the crown in the future. What we know is that as of now, the spots for the top bikes will be locked for 2 more years. Assuming that Rossi retires after that period (IF he retires, I think he would only do if he declined dramatically) and Pedrosa leaves Honda, it would signify two open spots for the riders, all assuming that Maverick and Marquez would remain happy at their current teams. Also we don't know what would happen to Lorenzo if he fails at Ducati, could he be back at Yamaha?

Which talent do you see getting those two spots? will they be able to win against Marquez/Mav?

Zarco showed promise by winning 2 straight Moto2 championships and appeared very accommodated to the Yamaha Tech 3. The significant problem is his age, he's already 26. Assuming Yamaha doesn't take Lorenzo back post-Rossi retirement, he surely would be a good appointment given he would gain experience on a Yamaha bike, but will they be interested in a 28-years old by then? (you could say that Lorenzo would be older by then, but he's a known quantity)

Could Dovi surprise everyone and win a championship by being consistent (2006 Hayden style) while everyone else ..... up? does he has the killer instinct?

Are there any coming up riders that you see as potential aliens?

I think Brad Binder is the stand out rider providing he gets some good experience in moto 2 and gets a decent team . He has great race craft and won his championship comfortably.
There are also a lot of Italian riders in moto 3 that bodes well for the 2020's and beyond.

I know its still very early days but Binder may be ready to graduate into MotoGP in 2 years (maybe sooner) if he dominates and performs in Moto2 the way he did in Moto3.

I know KTM are keen to keep him with their brand as he graduates his way up the through the classes. I hope for his sake that he doesn't remain blindly loyal to KTM if their bike doesn't allow him to perform at his full potential when/if the time comes.

I think Zarco (also potentially Folger) could become future stars in the paddock deserving of a factory team ride. This is also Millers make it or break it season with his HRC contract but even if he has an amazing season ... next year he wont have anywhere to go thats a considerable step up from where he currently is is.

Doubt Dovi will ever win a championship, 2 wins across 9 season, 7 of which on full factory rides.

KTM at some point will be a contender, so far they are playing it very safe, but when Binder is ready to move up might be perfect timing for him.

Zarco, if he can get rossi's or pedrosa's seat would certainly be a contender for a championship.

Dovi, there is a chance, maybe not with wins, but with consistent podiums.

Zarco yes. And one of those Italian boys from the ranch like bulega, Migno, or bagnaia.

Kinda hard to say.. 10 out of 23 riders are from Spain. I dont think Rossi will win another title, so Im saying Torpedone if he stays on the bike. I would have said Cal if he would have been on the Repsol. Dovi aint an option. He will most likely never win the title.

Zarco for sure at some point, he's the best rookie I've seen in a long time in the premier class, even better than MM imo as he calculates, whereas MM just likes taking a chance.
