What's the difference between Superpole and Superbikes race

How is WSBK structured, I see there are two superpole and superbike races, as well as some qualifying and WSSP300. What's the order and significance in which they are ran?
There's a quali , a "full race" on saturday and sunday afternoon each + a shorter race on sunday morning.
All are usually won by the GOAT that is the devilishly handsome Johnny Rea. So apart from softer tyres for the sprint race they are fairly similar
