Is Skidders here the only other one who has seen this for what it is,...?
Rossi annihilated the opposition at Le Mans, he came from behind,. fought hard and went to the front,. quick spectacualr in itself,.
then Padrosa rode like a man possesed and caught up with him, again superb riding
The Rossi’s Pit Board went out P1 Padrosa > 1.3
Over the next 2 laps that gap went out to 3 seconds,..
Apart from f__k up with engine or loose electrical whatever,. This was an awesome display of riding that we sometimes do not really appreciate because we ‘expect’ it from Rossi, which is also a little disrespectful of the other riders. To be fair if Rossi wasn’t there we would be looking at Padrosa, Stoner, Hayden, Cappers et all saying, My Goodness what wonderful riders they are,. And indeed we would be right
It’s just Rossi has that extra ‘FEEL’ for his skill, as did Doohan, Roberts, Rainey, Gardener, Joey

<{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>I'm tellin ya fella's, Rossi looked as dangerous at Le Mans as I've seen him on a Yamaha. If you've got the race recorded, check out the aggression. Last time I saw him dig in like that was at Phillip Island when he got the 10 sec penalty and look what happenned there. I really believe the engine failure was just bad luck and won't happen again. If it pans out that they've really worked out the M1's problems, he's going to make a few people eat their words. Honestly, none of the other guys are consistent enough to rack up a handfull of wins while Yamaha wrestle with the 'Camel curse'. I watched the Le Mans race again yesterday and all I could think was, if that Yamaha is really sorted and Rossi can turn it on like that for the rest of the year, things are about to get boring. We'll find out at Mugello I guess.
