Someone noted on that site about the brown dust, and that it could be rust. Hence more damage to the 59er. The only issue is that if there was any signs of rust that car wouldn't have been used. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety dose not mess around.
That Bel Air looked to be in great shape. Wonder if Obama is to blame for it getting turned in for "Cash for Clunckers"
