I can't say I'm shocked this happened. Tiger is rich and famous, spending much of his time travelling, away from his wife. And people are shocked he cheated on his wife?
What bothers me the most about this whole thing is the segment of golf fans who feel the "sport" had some sort of noble, moral spirit, which was tarnished by Tiger's promiscuity.

I would say it is the latter. He wasn't just "sleeping around" to get some. He was trying to connect on an emotional level with some of these women IMO.

Rich, famous guys have women thrown at them to such a degree that eventually they give in and cheat. Tiger's problem is that he did not cover his tracks and he was messing with some real skanks. I think he was stupid and should have been more careful. If a man really loves his wife he never let's her catch him cheating.
