The final race of Rich Carmichael's outstanding career. It will easily go down as the most exciting race of this year's SX season. What a battle. For those of you who didn't see it, I suggest you look up some of the highlights on YouTube. It was excellent. You would never know Ricky was retiring the way he battled with Bubba.

Bubba will surely win the championship, unless something catastrophic happens. Rack up another win for the boy. Sorry Reed, you’re just not fast enough this year.

Yea Carmichael is the only guy who can give Stewart a run for his money in SX, and I bet he could still dominate Stewart in MX.
GOAT now gets to team up with my favorite racer in his new racing endeavor...couldn't have a better teacher than Mark Martin.

I don't have the time to catch up on MX, but do you all think he'll do a Supermoto race here, and there?

I'd hate to never be able to see all his talent on two wheels again.

BTW- someone who said he knows Bubba, said the bikes they ride are any where between 2 to 4 million $. Any truth to this?

I seriously doubt that. I know they throw allot of money at those bikes, but they are not platinum plated last I checked.

yep great race & he gave it everything! i guess that's the last we'll see of any battles at the front in supercross for a while.
