the dream team

A guy who showed nothing special in his GP appearances, a guy who is past it and an unproven guy who's never ridden big bikes before ... yeah that's what I call a dream team.

Ever the optimist eh Teo?

Well it's not about optimism, just ten Kate and I differ in rating those riders.
IMO Santander Yamaha (Haga, Corser) Ducati Corse (Bayliss, ??) and Suzuki (Biaggi, Nieto, Neukirchner?) have better riders.

But maybe I'm proven wrong! I wouldn't bet an €uro for Casey this year and look how it turned out!

bloody pleased to see Kenan Sofuoglu in wsb, recon he will end up in gp within a couple of years, keep your eye on the turk !
checa is a rider i have liked and watched for years, but i think he should retire rather than go to wsb, surly he has made his money by now. if he thinks he can go there and win it then fair enough but if he is just going there to stay employed for another season he will look like a has been and be remembered as such by most.

Edwards and Bayliss are fantastic superbike riders and ordinary GP riders, Kiyo could be of the same mould, although subbing for a few rounds on tracks you have no knowledge of and one off rides in GP hardly shows his potential.

I think Checa spent too long in the wrong class. I'm sure he'll struggle at certain rounds, yet he always seemed to get on well with the Superbike whenever he rode in Japan. He may just be crap, but I'm interested to see how he goes.

Hopefully Sofuoglu won't go the way of Muggeridge.
