I still think he shows his riders in general whether or not casey is included insufficient respect, and that he has contributed little to any success ducati might have had, in particular the 2007 world championship, whether this was due to engineering superiority in which case it is down to preziosi or to jagging casey stoner as he was the 3rd or 4th choice whom they were fairly clearly happy to discard at the end of the year when they signed him. Bayliss also seemed quite keen to deny him any credit for his one-off win.

We stoner fans will grasp any straw we can find at present.
