Whincup managed to win one of the heats is meaningless in Race of Champions. Everyone is just having a beer time having fun, just socializing in the event.
Only losers in the world of motorsports try their best in Race of Champions, because they achieved nothing in real world of racing.
Vettel couldn't manage to win Race of Champions, because he did not even try to win it, he is just driving half heartedly as he knows the win in ROC means nothing, he only cares about F1.

There is nothing to celebrate if Stoner achieves a podium or win in his first V8 season.
Aussie V8 racing grid is made up of mainly amatuers and novice racers, lots of them come from the farm land. Only a coward will go to such amatuerish racing series to increase their chance of podium.

P.S. - Pidge... I don't get the attraction of trolling (from a troll's point of view - asked Andy Roo about this 'cause apparently he likes to troll, but never got a response) and don't have the creativity to have more than the one voice in my head. Sorry gents, ain't me!!

Trolling is fun, but not to go as long as Cuckoo, generally a seagull raid swoop in .... everywhere and get banned pretty quick. A turnover is 3 days on average.
Do it with friends, the joke is between you.
I've never invoked a positive on Hitler say for example or taken some pleasure in anyone's death or injury, mostly just stupid harmless jokes.
The whole idea is not to go in and abuse people, just espouse philosophies they don't agree with.
Go on a Christian site and talk about evolution.
Go on an alcoholics site and wax lyrical about a cold beer.
Just take tangents and enjoy.
Nothing special about it and I don't really have a mean streak, nor do the other clowns who do it. Pretending to continent apart gay lovers on a gay hate or fundamentalist Christian (same thing) site is fun.
