Oh... that coward Stoner had decided to join V8 racing so that no one can accuse him of being inferior if he lose because he does not have previous experience.
What a disgust and shame to all Aussies that their so-called hero decided to take up lame racing series.

Won't be surprised to see him podium in first year. 888 are the number 1 team and he is a racer and will have superior ability to understand the set up and then provide feedback to improve it. He also has the mental and emotional composure to operate in far more intense environments so I doubt we will see the silly mistakes that are the norm for rookies.
If he proves himself we may even seem him teamed up with Loundes or Wincup for Bathurst.

There is nothing to celebrate if Stoner achieves a podium or win in his first V8 season.
Aussie V8 racing grid is made up of mainly amatuers and novice racers, lots of them come from the farm land. Only a coward will go to such amatuerish racing series to increase their chance of podium.

Is that why Jamie Whincup competed in last years Race of Champions? He must be a right amateur to be racing against the likes of Schumacher, Coulthard, Kristensen et al.

I am just telling facts as it is. Race of Champions is just a celebrity event for everyone in racing community around the world to gather and have fun chit chatting. Only those with inferior complex and confidence issues take it seriously in Race Of Champions.
Jamie Whincup knows that he is the laughing stock of racing community, because he is mixing with F1 greats, Rally stars, GP stars,...he only has his amatuer V8 Aussie race to boast, he is like a little fish in a big pond or big lake.
so Jamie Whincup has to do a kamikaze race effort to ensure victory, while the rest of the greats from professional racing community is just having fun in Sunday afternoon drive, its not a surprise he won. The other participants could not care less if they win or not, because its just a Race of Champions celebrity event.
