Still early,im sure those are booked pretty far in advance. One of them had Hayden after his GP title, im sure something will get worked out.I Hope.

Why in the world would you be surprised? US doesn't give a rats ... about motorsports you of all should know that Mr. Aspiring Sport Columnist Writer. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he appeared on the Letterman Show seeing how David has an IndyCar team, I believe he still does anyways. But then again this is 2wheels.

How wrong I would have been to assume that someone who proclaims to be a motorsports fan would know that both Leno & Letterman are motorheads...

Although Letterman is involved in RLR (in name mostly, and didn't even field an Indy car in 2009 outside of the 500), I don't believe he has much of an interest in motorcycles. Whereas Leno has a vast collection of motorcycles and is an avid enthusiast and has had the Haydens on the show in the past. Does it make sense now, SS?

Ben deserves a whole issue dedicated to just him. This is the greatest accomplishment I have ever seen in Motorsports.

I'll bet Leno is fighting to get Spies on his show. Leno is shown nightly, so NBC should be able to fit Spies in. How about whole show dedicated to motorcycle racing? Add in Edwards, Schwantz, Spencer, Hayden, Lawson, Rainey, Poland, Roberts(Sn&Jr) all American's who kicked ... on a world level.

I'll bet all of Europe knows more about Ben than his own country. Something needs to be done to wake America up.

I'll put in a call to CaliKid, Hollywood connection, and fix this .... immediately.

I e-mailed ESPN begging them for a 20-second blurb on sportscenter when Nicky won his title; I did the same for Spies.

They can shove European soccer highlights down the throat of an NFL nation, but no motorcycle racing?

Dorna and Infront may be partially to blame in their respective cases. When Tom Kristensen won his 6th consecutive Le Mans 24 hours, sportscenter gave it a mention along with video of Tom's Audi taking the checkers. The A.C.O. or IMSA must have phoned that in. If they are staging races here in an effort to reach the U.S. market, why can't Infront or Dorna do that? Hell, why can't they secure better TV deals for their series in our country?

David doesn't do .... with that race team. He hasn't put a dime into the team since 2004.

He had all the Hayden bros on together but that was before Nicky won the championship.
He didn't have him on after he won.

I'm not surprise you and Jumkie find it funny to ridicule a man who shed tears because he's passionate about this thing we all love called 'racing' and dedicated his life into becoming the best he could be in it. Shows alot about you and Jumkie's character. TOOLS !!

I don't think there are too many in here that passionately dislike Nakano enough to have a laugh at him for crying. In fact, before you arrived, he was a pretty well liked guy. It's all a wind up. And if you weren't such a ...., it wouldn't be directed at your hero.

I'm not surprised that you don't get the point of his AVI. I'm also not surprised that you couldn't
figure out that the word surprised has a d on the end of it

Nakano is another big disappointment from Japan. Comes in and in only his second year in 250's takes runner-up. And starts out with Tech 3 very promising with a 5th in his rookie 500cc season. But it goes downhill from there, and seeing him retire early due to injury is the cherry on top of a wasted talent.

I laugh at the avatar pic of Jumkie's because it summarizing Shinya's career.
