Hi Alex,

It took me 6 months to finish this Spiderman project. What I did was I got all the pictures I could find on this bike from the Net. Then I took them to a friend who owns a decal shop (who has made decals for me on a bajabug I painted). I also found a company in Italy that makes these decals. I studied the pictures and wrote out a plan. I began by fixing all the dings and scratches, then painted it all blue. Then I masked off the design for the red. I applied all the decals, then I sprayed the clearcoat. I found the pipe and wheel decals on ebay. I was able to get painting practice on this bug below:

This is how I bought the bug.

Then I took it apart and built it back up. Since its used for off-roading, it doesn't have to be perfect. This is how I got practice for the Spiderman bike project. This is how the bug looked after I was done. It took me about 9 months to do this project. What do you think?

Is that the billiards game?
It's like pool but the full size table is bigger, green cloth, different rules and different balls.

In snooker you have 13 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 brown, 1 blue, 1 pink and the black. You have to pot a red and then any colour. Each colour is worth a certain amount of points...and on it goes.

When all the reds are gone you go for the colours (in a special order) Yellow, Green, Brown, Blue, Pink then Black last.

Ronnie O'Sullivan has got the quickest break ever lasting JUST 5 MINUTES!! (A break is where you keep potting balls without missing each go, he got a score of 147).

Wow Jumkie, good work. Beats American chopper any day.

As the Teutul's would say AWESOME it looks a whole lot better than anything they ever did. (but then I don't like choppers.)

Thanks, when your interested, we can paint some KR colors on your bike.

I`m a chopper man at heart but anyone who puts heart`n`soul into their project deserves a BIG pat on the back,it`s a beauty, bro.Plus I can see you`re a fan of the `ahem` fully furnished workshop,as am I.

Jumkie how long did it take you to learn and how exactly did you learn to do this? Did you go to lessons where they teach you how to do it or did it come through manuals?

Regards,
Alex

Learned through trial and error. I crashed several bikes growing up and just couldn't afford to pay somebody to fix it. So I just started messing around with some cheap painting tools I bought used. Little by little I learned to do it. I never read any manual and such, maybe I should have. I started by just painting minor things like parts of a fairing. I eventually crashed enough bikes that I got good.

Sorry for the really big bumpage but ^^ that was really cool and creative of you! You did a great job overall and your attention to minor details is commendable

. Truly the best thing I laid eyes on, other than the ones I see on TV!

I have a little request too: can someone repost the link/video clip (or highlights?) of the 04 Estoril incident with Melandari in his spidey suit? I looked all over the net and couldn't find anything
<
. Thank you!
