LOOK WHAT I GOT!!!

I just picked "Roxanne" up Saturday
( "Simone" needed a garage mate
<
).... 1981 Suzuki GS450E..
needs a little TLC but all in all, it's a solid little putter. only had 13,000 miles on her! replaced the stock bars with some club-man cafe bars last night...
a 2 to 1 exhaust is next along with the basic tune and chain stuff...been my commuter all week..

Yamahamer, to think I used to respect you. You disgust me. Buying into the evil Honda corporation. Your wrecked R1 would be turning in it's grave. You have turned your back on closet ... Yamahas and gone right over to mardi gra hondas. It's a step in the wrong direction, and the manhood of a 25 year old suzuki that was small when it was introduced cannot save you.

You need to buy ten ZX-10s, five GSX-R750s and a Hayabusa as penance, or you'll rot in hell.

it was hard to betray the tunning forks...been riding Yamahas for 7 years now...but honestly i never really buy bikes for the brand name...i've owned GXSR 600's and 750's, HONDA 929 and 954, FZR's, and a few others.. after testing out the new bikes...the CBR felt and performed the best FOR ME...couldn't pass up the deal they gave me also...

as far as ZX10? no thanks...didn't like'm any way nor form...and a BUSA?
.... NO!...I DON'T LIKE FAT PIGS!
<

besides in my eyes the CBR was created when Rossi was killing'm with it.
<
she'll have a small 46 sticker on her.

!!!

The ugly little sister!

Al, do the best thing and put a mouse in the barrel, it'll be quick and painless.

For whom I don't know.

I'd take it!!!

Sorry to it's sister, but here in the states, you'll see thousands of CBR1000rr's before a 25 yr old GS450. I dig the bars

thank you TRAV, a true rider rides all.
<

here's the best part..runs strong (well for a 450
<
), everything works, lights, fuel gauge, even the gear indicator lights! tags and plates are legal.

got it for $600.
<
<

the bars do rock....waiting on a single seat cowling, and 2 into 1 exhaust.

So why did you give the bikes those particular names?
The GS should be Fido or Rex, you know, something canine.
