I'd like to say well done to Gino Rea - 5th place in official qualifying is great. Its amazing to see how much of a leveller the rain is for his bike which is clearly uncompetitive in the dry

Everyone making it too easy for Marquez

With Redding down - I'm watching Pol's progress

Pol is the odds on favorite for the Moto2 title next year. Though I'm not much of a fan, as the over the top emotional outpouring every moment, no matter how minor, has become an annoying staple by the world feed.

On a related note, Marc's the 2012 champ, as everybody is going down around him. And why wouldn't they, having to push their machines to the absolute limit while Marquez enjoys the technical advantages that nobody wants to admit. Cue up your video footage of the race boys. Take a look at the gap develop on that straight while Crazy Joe must push all around the track to keep up. Andrea passes Marc, then watch what happens. Anybody want to convince me its simply a weight to power ratio or the power is all coming from an identical spec engine? Kropo is convinced Marc is the next best thing to sliced bread, he also told us that Rossi was arguably the 'goat', that is until he went to Ducati. How people ignore the parity picture, even people as learned and respectable as Kropo mean the general public as a whole have no chance. I think Marc as go as the top 3 riders in the series, with a technical advantage that allows him not to have to ride on the limit every lap. This was my take away from this race. Watch it again if you care. Review that three laps that Andrea battles with Marquez. Not that we will ever know Marc's full potential, as he is signed to HRC now, just like Pedro, who I'm convinced appears better than it looks on paper. I'm reminded of my buddy Talpa's claim, with all due respect, that Stoner would be no better than a 5th in MotoGP aboard the factory Duc this year, which echos the thought that Rossi would have whip Stoner if both had been teammates on the Ducati. What part of the Valencia test day one and two do people not get? Next year when Marques is finishing 3-7, people will say, wow, that's great for a rookie. Uhm, well no ...., there are 4 factory bikes, and with the absence of Stoner, and the sequestered Rossi, and dare I claim, a force out Nicky not on an M1, then yeah, it will appear good, but in reality, it won't. Sorry for the rant. I know I'm just a bit fired up.

Arrabi, tell me your opinion on Crazy Joe.

Agree 100% about Marquez's straight line speed - must be 10-15km/h faster than everyone else. He doesn't even bother getting a tow on the straights. Probably riding a 750
