2008 MotoGP champ-in-waiting Valentino Rossi will compete in the Rally Great Britain in December, according to his Dad.
Graziano Rossi confirmed that his son would return to WRC competition at the end of the year, in an interview with Autosport.
Valentino drove in Rally GB in 2002 and Rally New Zealand in 2006. He is also a regular at the Monza Rally, which he won last year in a Ford Focus WRC.
"We'll be at Monza and we'll also be on Rally GB," said Graziano Rossi. "It's not sure which car we'll have [for Rally GB], it could be the Ford - which, in my opinion, is the proven package for us. But Valentino might also drive a Subaru or Citroen, at the moment nothing is out of the question."
Rossi - a natural talent on four wheels as well as two (the git) - finished 11th on the New Zealand rally in 2006.
