Reports suggest Rossi has an injured left hand, believed to be in his little finger and also has picked up a shoulder injury. Latest reports have him being treated by the Clinica Mobile staff.

Rossi crashed in turn six (presumably off throttle) and rode back to the paddock but did not rejoin the session.

uh oh.......

So many riders have injured hands, I reckon they should just chop one hand off each rider to level the playing field!

Where did he crash?

Turn six, a very easy place to lose the front. I would assume that's what happened.

Remind me, turn six is the one uphill leading towards the Corkscrew?

That's the one. Really cool corner when they get it right but it's quite easy to get wrong.

Wow I'm good, that comes from a few hours of playing Forza.

I've got the track layout memorised.

DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it really serious???

Not at all, bruised shoulder and hurt his little finger on the left side. I think the biggest damage will be to his mentality, and even that shouldn't be significant.

So has Vale fallen off enough yet that we can give him a nickname like "Valentino Rashie' after all the gravel rash he is getting. After all others like Casey have been called Crashy Stoner or Carlos Chucker!!!!

I didn't see this incident, but he's lucky to be racing if he crashed at turn 6. Not a nice place to throw it into the wall.
