I was disappointed to see Rossi lose it like that, especially after the season he has had and all the hard work to get back to the top. Still, no bad thing to come runner up by five points with three DNFs and a few low scoring rounds.
So many "what ifs" though, one of them being winning at Estoril a couple of weeks ago, instead of 2nd by 0.002, to tie the score based on today's results, then he would have won due to victories. Like I said though, so many "what ifs."
You're still an amazing rider Rossi.
Here's to an exciting 2006 season, and I'm already looking forward to 2007!
