Team Roberts brings Las Vegas to MotoGP!
Jerez De La Frontera, Spain, March 22nd 2007.
In a unique all-American collaboration, Kenny Roberts, Sr. and Team Roberts has joined forces with F1 MAX-X and MGM's Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas to increase the popularity of MotoGP in North America starting this weekend at the Spanish Grand Prix in Jerez, Spain.
Huge on-site weekend attendance estimated between 250-300,000 spectators, along with over 300 million television viewers worldwide will see the 2000 World Champion Kenny Roberts, Jr. take to the track in a dramatic new livery scheme, representing a paradigm shift in sports marketing.
F1 MAX-X and MGM's Treasure Island Hotel and Casino along with a number of North American based global corporations, are taking a close interest in the development of MotoGP within the United States.
Kenny Roberts, Sr. said, "We're excited about this development. We are fortunate that we are in this position to introduce these companies to MotoGP. F1 MAX-X represents a unique marketing strategy that has brought all the partners together for this program.
