Lorenzo got way to excited in a battle with Stoner and skidded of the track at lap 12.

If Stoner was fighting with injured Lorenzo till lap 12 that means things were not looking very good for Stoner as well then.

Spies will (almost) always beat Edwards and Hayden

I hope that would be true. Fine, lap 2

Last year Stoner broke Rossi's record at Mugello.
Expect Rossi to try to break Stoner's record at Losail.

Behind (or with) these two, logic would expect Lorenzo. But is he fully recovered?
It could be Spies' great occasion to podium.

Especially if the Hondas have not solved their problems yet.

I think PI is where Rossi wants bad to get it over Stoner. Qatar won't mean much.

Predictions:

Stoner ( maybe but who knows with the big bang engine may be too refined for him
<
}

Now I was thinking of putting Rossi here but I just remembered I'm the Uncle Ben'sPeas rep. around here ...... so better go with Spies.

3. Maybe Rossi ...... just based on the recent up tests.

stoner gets used to differences in the bike pretty quick so should be quicker with the big bang motor, it provides the same performance if not more but with alot more traction.

i think he will be quicker on the new bike over race distance.

That was good, now seriously, give us your picks........focus a bit more the next time, something went seriously wrong from 5-11.

It's already very difficult to predict the first three, leave alone predicting down to 11th

I think he'll find another ~1/2 second, relative to the other riders, as Ducati continue to dial in the bike.

- And in the absence of close racing, at least the anticipation and unpredictability can hold our attention (for the first half a dozen laps or so)
