KTM begins to sound like the Ducati Career Killer of old.

Was speaking with my friend last night, Zarcos preference is Honda or Suzuki. Ducati is too much of an unknown and he wants a winning bike, so KTM is out for now. Herve is trying to get him to stay but a factory KTM is still not a factory Honda. Purely depends on whether he forgives zook for ditching him for Rins, and whether they make a play for Lorenzo.

My bet for now is Pedro KTM and Zarco to Honda, Petrucci to Duc if Lorenzo goes to Suzuki.

having just watched an interview with Zarco, he says he does not like when the front wheel starts to slide, which is exactly what the Honda does.

The season has already begun in the last year of Lorenzo's contract,they don't need to buy him out,just don't re sign him. Things seem to be falling apart at an accelerated pace with him and Ducati, it will resolve itself soon I would guess.

Yamaha should get rid of rossi and get Lorenzo back. Instantly they would be back up front again.

Lorrenzo needs to go to a 1 rider team, as he's such an arse with teammates, or should that be team enemies.

Probably Suzuki because Cal’s management might be making a play for the repsol seat after today.

Three top of podium finishes in how many years with how many DNFs? Doubtful.

Plus, he conveniently forgets that Crutchlow is paid huge money by Monster energy which he'd have to ditch if he went to Red Bull backed Repsol. Why would he do that when he's already on a factory Honda?

Maybe after you’re done flipping burgers for McLaren, you can address your point without being a .... about it.

why in God's name would Honda replace Pedrosa with Crutchlow. Dani is younger and has like 9x the wins Crutchlow has ,works relatively cheap and is the perfect teammate for Marquez.

Cheaper, is a normal sized human being and thus has more relevant inputs for development, face begins where Marquez’s ... ends.

Cal crashes to much,Honda cares
about constructors title. I will bet you now that even though Cal leads the championship,and Dani's in 12th, he will comfortably beat Crutchlow in the championship

This is what the stereotypical "friend of a friend" told me:

Zarco has a huge offer (money-wise) from KTM on the table. The factory team, not the one that Tech3 will build with KTM next year. KTM wants a top rider (don't give my words that look, Zarco IS a top rider) to make what they think will be the last step and to fully understand their bike's potential. Zarco has not accepted nor denied the offer yet.

Pedrosa seems to already have a foot out of HRC, which would be interested in Zarco and Dovizioso. Pedrosa is rumored to be ending up on a KTM.

Lorenzo is basically out of Ducati already. Dovizioso is ready to sign but wants a raise. Ducati offered him a 6 millions salary (he currently makes 1.5 million so I'd call that a raise) and he's "thinking" about it. The candidates for the second Ducati are Miller and Petrucci (in that order).

Suzuki wants to get rid of Iannone more than Palestine wants to get rid of Israel, and following up that "rumor" Aprilia started to talk with the Italian. They want to confirm Rins which they will do before Jerez. For the second bike, they are getting in touch with Zarco and Lorenzo.





Note I am not saying any of this is true, I am only saying a person I know who is rather close to the paddock told me.

All of that is rather believable. I am not very sure if Zarco will want to sign with KTM though, whatever the size of the paycheck might be. He wants to win NOW, not 2-3 years down the line.

Exactly. As for me, I would love to see Zarco on a Honda. Don't get me wrong I love Pedro, but I think it's about time HRC puts two mad dogs in the team like Yamaha always did.
